It's Coming... (Election Day)

It's October and things are supposed to be scary. I imagined this subject line spoken in that deep creepy voice.

While SCHA has decided not to get involved in electoral politics for individuals, we have decided to support California Proposition 5.

Prop 5 will make it easier to build more housing where it is needed most. It will create the infrastructure to fund more projects. And if you haven't noticed that the Benton site is still empty... funding has been one major factor in that.

We invite you to volunteer with Silicon Valley Rising (our friends SV@Home and Working Partnerships) leading up to election day. If you are already knocking doors or making calls for another campaign, it's a great idea to talk about Prop 5 as well!
